EXHIBIT DETAILS

  • All exhibit booths are online, hosted by easyReg.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for information appearing in their online booth.
  • Exhibitors will use their email address and a special access code to access the Virtual Exhibitor Administration site. This site lets you manage all aspects of your online booth. 
EXHIBIT FEATURES
  •  Edit your company information like name, address, website, and logo.
  • Manage the products and services you would like to highlight.
  • Chat with visitors to your booth.
  • Manage the door prizes you would like to offer.
  • Upload a banner to display along the bottom of your booth.
  • Link to your website.
  • Manage an announcement to display at the top of your booth.
  • Upload a video to demonstrate your product.
  • Inquire about other features you may be interested in using.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

  • Exhibitor logos will be displayed on the conference website home page.
  • Online exhibit booths will be available to delegates throughout the conference.
  • Delegates will be directed to visit exhibit booths during session breaks.

BUSINESS/ORGANIZATION LOGO

  • Logos should be submitted by September 30
    Logos will appear on the conference website.
    Logos need to be CMYK (all spots colors should be converted to process) in Adobe Illustrator or EPS format. If the logo is not available in vector format, a high resolution TIFF is requested. In addition RGB versions of logos may be submitted as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Written cancellations received before October 10, 2020 shall be subject to a $10 service charge if no replacement exhibitor is found.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations made after October 11, 2020.

GUARANTEE OF EXPOSURE

  • Delegates will receive links to each exhibitor booth.
  • BCSCA will promote a scavenger hunt for delegates to encourage them to visit each booth. Exhibitors will have an item included in their booth for delegates to find in order to enter the scavenger hunt contest.
SUGGESTIONS
 
  • It is recommended that exhibitors encourage delegate visitation of the displays by using giveaways or prize draws. Activities and demonstrations are also encouraged to increase time spent at your online booth.
  • easyReg is providing free training for exhibitors on Tuesday, September 15; Wednesday, September 23; Thursday, October 1; Tuesday, October 6. All training sessions begin at noon. Exhibitors will receive an invitation to these sessions.

All vendors/exhibitors must complete and submit this form by October 1, 2020. There are a limited number of spaces available, so please act quickly to reserve your space. This information, in whole or in part, will be used in conference advertising. Full payment is due within 10 business days of acceptance. If payment is not received, your placement will be given to the first organization on the wait list.
