In this 3 hour session, we will cover topics such as compassion fatigue, self-regulation and physical movement as a strategy to bring awareness to physical, emotional and mental stress. Mindfulness, fun and play will give you a taste of how to relieve tension and anxiety in your everyday life. This will be a hands on, interactive and creative session with basic self-defense, qi-gong, yoga and breathwork. Michelle Tremblay, founder of MPower Lives Company, is located in the Tri-Cities area in Vancouver’s LowerMainland. For over the last 9 years her work has also consisted of teaching, mentoring and coaching children and youth with bully prevention training in schools, non-for-profit agencies, recreation centres, private organizations, personal and group coaching clients.
