Insight, Mutuality and Emotion Regulation: Am I in a healthy relationship? An Assessment Tool

Together we’ll do a full needs assessment and then answer big picture questions from ‘am I in a healthy relationship?’ to time permitting ‘what is the work to make my relationship better?’ to ‘do I want to stay or go.’

The Needs Assessment Tool is a framework based on needs, skills, and science to influence relationship and sexual decision making. It lists 14 needs within 3 perspectives; each need has a question associated with it— we call it a “needs question” —to help assess whether it’s being met satisfactorily.

Below to help you visualize the tool are the familiar and important ‘needs question’ in the 3Ps (there is a ‘know and like’ table for each perspective).
