RAISING RESILIENCE IN CHILDREN WITH NEURODEVELOPMENTAL CONDITIONS AND OURSELVES AS PROFESSIONALS : AN ECO INFORMED LENS

This interactive workshop offers professionals a variety of personal and family-centered strategies to raise resilience in children with neurodevelopmental conditions through an eco-informed lens. An evidence-based SENSE of Regulation Approach (Stress Management; Environment; Nourish mind, body, microbiome; Sleep; and Exercise)will be introduced as a performance model to enhance neurodevelopmental potential for children and professionals in schools. The SENSE program beautifully connects healing and recovery through the land. We look at nature as an active tool to build resilience in our clients and ourselves. This workshop includes group activities, discussion and practice.
